The following menus are our standard. We do however cater for individual requirements and can prepare special menus and dishes for specific functions, for Moroccan, Italian, etc.
We also cater for specific food sensitivities and allergies. Please discuss your personal requirements with our Function Co-ordinator.
Children’s menus are available from $17 per child this also includes a chair cover and sash.. Please ask staff for options.

Fine Dining Menu
Entrée’s:
* Chicken Caesar Salad with crisp cos lettuce, bacon, egg and shaved parmesan, bound together Caesar dressing, topped with garlic croutons.
* Fettuccini tossed through our chef’s creamy basil pesto sauce, with olives, cubed sweet potato, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts and parmesan chips.
* Filo of Scallops, camembert and shallots with lime chardonnay sauce.
* Asian Lamb Salad - with tender strips of Lamb coated in Asian Spices, served on a bed of wild lettuce, cherry tomatoes and toasted macadamia nuts, finished with chef‘s own special dressing.
* Smoked Tasmanian Salmon on potato and zucchini Pancake with petite salad, Topped with a fresh Mango salsa.
* Thai Chilli Pumpkin Soup, with cool mint yoghurt and garlic Crostini.
* Saffron and Lime Risotto with fresh Australian prawns.
* Char Grilled Vegetable Stack with a balsamic reduction and petite salad
* Beef and Mushroom Ragout - Tender strips of beef with mushrooms and a white wine and chive sauce, served between layers of golden puff pastry.
* Prawn and Asparagus Salad, fresh peeled prawns, mixed salad, shaved cucumber and fresh steamed asparagus topped with a drizzle of chef’s own creamy dressing.
* Chicken Noisettes - chicken wrapped in bacon, with a pesto centre, finished with creamy basil aioli. Served on a Polenta crostini.
* Mushroom and Silver Beet pots topped with crisp sweet potato and parmesan
Pork Fillet with an orange and mint glaze on a mixed potato rosti
Mains:
* Grilled Atlantic Salmon fillet served on a bed of dill and saffron risotto, and steamed asparagus, topped with a rich Béarnaise sauce.
* Grain Fed Sirloin served on crispy chats and steamed vegetables, topped with a creamy peppercorn sauce.
* Breast of Chicken Pocketed with Prawns and Avocado, or sun dried tomato, brie and basil, served on a corn mash then topped with a rich Béarnaise sauce.
* Pistachio and Coconut Crusted Barramundi, topped with lemon butter, served with a roasted vegetable medley.
* Eye Fillet of Beef wrapped in ham, served with sweet potato Rostis, steamed spinach, and grilled egg plant then topped with a mushroom and cabernet jus.
* Roasted Rack of Lamb served on a roasted medley of vegetables, topped with a Basil and tomato Jus.
* Moroccan Chicken Salad, Moroccan spiced chicken pieces served on a mixed mescaline salad with roasted macadamia nuts and cous cous and topped with a fresh mango and cucumber salsa.
